Hello, my name is Special Lewis. I am the founder and CEO of Ms. Lewis’s Home Care. With advanced degrees in healthcare and business, I am reimagining how we care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in our communities. In my family, providing care for our elders within our own homes is a tradition and a core value. So, from a young age, I started helping to care for my grandfather and other senior citizens. I enjoyed listening to their stories. As I grew older, I understood the importance of showing empathy and respect for others.

I believe those early experiences laid the foundation for my healthcare journey. It was exciting to see people regain confidence, overcome challenges, and reconnect with society. In my opinion, it’s natural to lose confidence and enthusiasm when your world is turned upside down. I began to see how vital it is to show up consistently to build trust. My grandfather taught me that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. To me, this never felt like work. Instead, it became my passion to help improve as many lives as possible, and I decided to be the change I wanted to see in the world. This passion motivated me to establish Ms. Lewis's Home Care, a place where I can realize my vision of personalized and compassionate service.
